Apple Sausage Appetizers

Ingredients:

2 jars (23 oz size) unsweetened chunky applesauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 pounds fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage -- cut into 1/2" slices
1 medium onion -- chopped

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine applesauce and brown sugar. Stir in sausage and onion.
2. Transfer to a greased 13-in X 9-in X 2-in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 40 - 45 minutes or until bubbly.
