Apple Sucker

Ingredients:

1 apple
200g sugar

Directions:

  1. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core. Put the apple quarters on wooden skewers.
  2. Heat the sugar in a pan and caramelise it golden.
  3. Dip the apple quarters into the sugar. Let it cool and serve.
