Mousse with Apples & Pumpkins

Ingredients:

500g apples
250g pumpkin
60–100g sugar
3 egg whites
10 g gelatin powder

Directions:

  1. Wash apples, carve and bake, then grate. Wash pumpkin, peel, remove pips, cut, pour a little water, overcook and then whisk. Dip gelatin, dissolve in a small quantity of hot water and boil. Whip white with sugar. Mix apple puree and pumpkin puree with dissolved gelatin until it starts to thicken. Put mousse into bowls or cups, cool. Serve alone or with fresh or fried vegetables.
