Turkey Apple Saute


1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 green or red apple, cored and cut into wedges
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
10 ounces turkey breast meat, sliced
3/4 cup chicken broth


  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook onion, apple, and thyme for 6 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in turkey and chicken broth.
  2. Heat through. If desired, serve over hot rice.
