Apple Cake with Cinnamon & Walnut
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 small cup of sugar
4-5 small cup of flour
1 small cup of milk
1 small cup of sunflower oil
1 lemon’s skin (grated)
1 pack baking powder
1 pack vanilin
½ cup of walnut (finely chopped)
1 desert spoon of cinnamon
1-2 cooking apples
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven 170 C. Lightly grease the cake mould.
- Beat the eggs and sugar.
- Then add milk, oil and the rest of the ingredients except walnut and the apples. Beat them more 1-2 minutes.
- Then cut the apples as cubes and finely chopped the walnuts. Stir them together.
- Pour them into the mould.
- Put into the oven for 30-35 mins watch very often after 30 mins. Then its ready for serving!
