Apple Yoghurt Cake


1 tub of natural yoghurt (Use the little yoghurt tub as a measuring tool for the flour, sugar and oil.)
3 tubs of flour
2 tubs of sugar
3 eggs
2 apples, peeled and cut into pieces
1 tub of vegetable oil
1 small sachet of yeast
1 small sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt


  1. Mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth paste. Add the apples. Place the mixture into a cake tin and bake at 180° for 30 – 40 minutes. You could also replace the apples with pears or even cherries.
