Apple Brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 apples, peeled,cored,chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

1. Cream butter and sugar, beat in egg, then mix in apples and pecans.
2. Sift dry ingredients and work into the first mixture.
3. Pour into a buttered, 8 x 8-inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes.
