Apple Vanilla Cake
Ingredients:
250 grams flour
125 grams butter
125 grams sugar
1 egg
1/2 pack Baking powder
For the icing:
3/4 liter cream
125 grams sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack pudding powder
4 apples
Directions:
- Process ingredients to shortcrust and put it in the fridge.
- Peel the apples - not too thin.
- In a greased casserole dish spread the dough and sprinkle on the apples, boil the pudding with whipped cream and remaining ingredients and pour over the apples.
- Bake at 180° C for about 45 min.
