Apple Pancakes
Ingredients:
250g flour
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
¼ litre buttermilk
1 apple
Directions:
- Mix flour, eggs, buttermilk, salt and vanilla until smooth and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Peel apples and cut into slices. Put oil in the pan. Pour batter into pan and place the apple pieces on it. Bake both sides until golden brown.
- You can also serve custard with it.
